With some gentle pilates to stretch the fascia, powerful and calming breaths we begin to tune into how we really feel in our body, and our mind. Add in some vibrational vocal, chakra toning which encourages the release of stress held in our cells and a lovely snuggle down
to the sounds of the symphony gongs and other instruments and we're away!
By hacking into our nervous system with these very simple practises we learn how to quite simply flood our body with happy hormones, the dopamines and serotonins of this world. In turn having a profound effect on our mental and physcial wellbeing.
